Discussion 2

When I was a student I had an assignment to keep a journal with all of my activities throughout the day and track this information for a full week.  I was instructed to write everything down hour by hour, even if it was bad.  What I found is that I had a lot of "time wasters" in my journal.  This was even back before the days of social media and smartphones but I still found a lot of time being wasted.  Don't get me wrong, there is a time and a place for some of these activities, but they shouldn't interfere with your higher priorities such as work, school and family.

Class, what do you think you would find if you had to keep a  journal of your own time for a week?  Are you spending your time wisely or do you have some "time wasters" in there?  Please provide some specific examples to support your thoughts. 100 words

Discussion 3
