Subject: Business Policy and Strategy Write a 4 page paper Identifying 3 major crisis that could affect your college or university and develop a brief plan to prepare for each crisis. 

The three major crisis selected are:  

1. Cut in expected funding from Federal, State of Local Government, which has caused low numbers for enrollment. 

2. A strike or potential lock out crisis due to labor dispute of college staff not receiving their salaries. 

3. A violent – active shooting rampage on the college campus
