An employee handbook often describes what is expected as "Professional" behavior. Read your employee handbook and summarize in paragraph form your center's expectations of professional behavior.

Communication can be a challenge when people are upset, especially if the situation involves their child.  As a professional, what strategies would you use in dealing with a parent in this difficult situation?
