Week 1 Feedback

Discussion

The concepts are well explained. However, it may be helpful to go beyond textual descriptions, and delve deeper into concurrent algorithms, and system materials in distributed environments. Coding samples  are always helpful.

Assignment

There is some reasonable information in this submission. However, the content is all textual with stock images. Since this is a DCS-level course, it may be helpful to go beyond general text and delve deeper into the computing aspects. What are some important techniques using distributed systems and system models in terms of algorithms and programming?  System models (such as diagrams and flowcharts), concurrent coding samples, and other technical contents may be desirable (i.e. beyond all text)..

Discussion's Update

MODULE 2: DISCUSSION

The topic of discussion for this week is:

Discuss Internet protocols.

Suggestions to maximize effort:

Please go beyond general descriptions and delve deeper into technical issues regarding system designs, programming and implementation, specifically relating to concurrency and distributed algorithms. Design diagrams and coding samples would be helpful. When applicable, Please CLEARLY label each discussion item and/or topic and your response in full. Please provide examples and label the examples if needed (i.e. Example #1, Example #2, and so on) Please be as detailed and as thorough as possible. Minimal of 5-10 paragraphs are required. Each paragraph should have at least 5-8 sentences.
