Collect information from ten (10) local, county, state and/or federal agencies that would be support agencies and/or programs for parents of infants and toddlers up to three (3) years old.  This includes classes and programs offered by local churches and/or schools through organizations such as PTO or PTA.  You may include referral agencies such as DHR but should also include opportunities such as parenting classes or Parent's Night Out.  You should include a variety of resources—not all state agencies but a mix of agencies and local church/school opportunities. 

List the information you gather on the attached form.   The information should include the name of the agency/program, contact person if available, location, phone number, e-mail, web site, etc.  Describe how this resource (agency/program) would be beneficial to parents of children under three (3) years old.
