2.  What leadership qualities impressed you the most about the video you watched?  Why?  Why did you choose this video?

3.  Are you a leader in your environment?  If so, are you effective?  What makes you effective or ineffective?

2-Using one of the etextbook theories that explain effective leadership, explain why your chosen leader is a great leader (the theories are:  behavioral, situational, contingency, and path goal).

3-Is your chosen leader a transactional leader or transformational?  How do you know?
