Food safety

 You can either record yourself teaching this lesson to your audience using the classroom video tools or you can prepare a narrated PowerPoint presentation with slides created for each topic. Be sure you are also submitting a written “script” of what you say in your presentation in the event the audio does not work or is unclear. This script MUST be a separate word document. The script should be divided into the subtopics listed below.
