this is a food and science work, u need follow the instruction and finsih the food log , u need finish in 12 hours 

Please turn in completed Part 1A: Food photo journal: Word document or Pdf (15 pts) AND Part 1B: Food Log (Excel spreadsheet -30 pts)  via the Carmen Dropbox.  

• Download and save the spreadsheet to your computer from the link PROJECT
• File name contains your OSU name.# (e.g. Food log Kolluri.4, or photo journal Kolluri.4)
• File type is word, pdf, Excel and contains your data (not empty).

You can also use restaurant website nutritional information. Something that I forgot to mention in the video is that the database provides information for Vitamin A and D in several different units. Use the ones in International Units or IU's.

* The video says that Reflection has 10 questions, but I have modified the reflection and it now has 11 questions.
