follow up

1.  I love that you have the budget planned out for not only the short term effects but the long term sustainability. Will there be some upkeep of these virtual reality simulators?  Will there be a specific role that is responsible for the upkeep of the simulation scenarios and coinciding prep work, debrief work and support?  Could this be rolled into the responsibility of the education department of this organization?  What additional training maybe needed to support this persons role and responsibilities?
