Classroom Management Plan Template

Your classroom management plan should include the following elements. Many of these elements will be created in other assignments and activities throughout the course. You will include them here to summarize your classroom management plan. Grading will be based in part on how effectively your plan incorporates best practices included in the guidance documents for TKES 7: Positive Learning Environment.

Classroom mapping

Include a drawing/digital rendering of your classroom layout labeled with a map key. You can include photos as well. Your classroom layout should include intentional thought to the following:

· Spaces that promote collaboration

· Flexibility in use

· Materials are easily accessible

· Organized, free of clutter

· Teacher area is not dominating classroom space

· All space is utilized effectively

· Arrangement allows for thoughtful flow throughout room
