Fifteen years ago it wasn’t normal procedure to take pictures of an examiner’s identification (any impression evidence). Presently it has become fairly standard but is still not required in order make an identification. Do you think photography should be required? And if so, should the photographs be entered into court as evidence of the examiners results? What about Exclusions?
