1. Imagine that you are the Revenue Cycle Manager and you have to give a presentation to the medical coding and revenue staff regarding the critical impact of financial performance on billing operations. Create a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation with a minimum of 6 slides (including a Title slide and Reference slide) that does the following:
   
   1. Provide an overview of NCD vs. NCCI as they relate to coding and billing
   2. Give an example of a revenue cycle flowchart
   3. Explain fraud and abuse as it pertains to medical coding. Provide an example of fraudulent behavior
   4. Describe 4 strategies to combat fraud and abuse in coding
   5. Your presentation should include speaker notes.
