Find a story in the recent news headlines about financial management in the business world (no personal finance articles, and nothing older than 90 days).

This is a very broad topic, so you should have plenty of material from which to choose. Find something noteworthy regarding major business decisions and dig into the details!

Again, stay away from personal finance articles (e.g., investing, real estate, life insurance) and focus instead on the world of business finance - capital management, the agency problem, initial public offerings (IPOs) of stock, time value of money -- topics you have been studying and reading about so far within this course. 

Write an e (2 - 4 double-spaced pages) on how this story may affect you as a business finance professional now or in the future. 

Paraphrase the articles you locate and then apply the knowledge you have gained. Organize your writing using descriptive headings and subheadings.

Document your research using appropriate APA style conventions (reference list, in-text citations).
