College and Employment Outcomes Assignment

Discuss how a college education can enhance a student’s long-term employment outcomes. In what ways does financial aid contribute to or detract from student success? Is it possible for career outcomes to differ for students of various backgrounds?

The paper must include at least 3 references. Be sure to clearly identify major parts of your paper using section headings. The body of the paper must be 800 words.
