Read the case, and review the Excel Exhibit that has useful numerical information (attached). Work with your team. Put all team member names on the first page. Note, on the first page, anyone who should get low grade for poor participation. Discuss in the FORUM if you haver questions (rather than direct queries to me).

The job is to value the company, and also to estimate how much external financing Ryan needs, by subtracting the money he has in hand from the value that you estimate.
