Final Project: Comparing Strategic Plans

This week, you will create a presentation individually to share with your group members. For this Discussion, you will develop a Power Point presentation on the strategic plan for an organization of your choice. You also will review the work of your academic colleagues by reviewing their presentations. Comparing your work and analyzing the work of others provides you with valuable feedback about the strong points of your work as well as areas for improvement.

By Day 3

Post a 4- to 6-slide Power Point presentation of the suggested strategic plan for the organization that you chose. Then select one presentation other than from those in your group and review its presentation. You should try to select a presentation that has not already been reviewed. Finally, explain any insights you had or conclusions you drew from reviewing your academic colleagues’ work.
