A formal proposal derived from the attached 3 documents.  This is to be a minimum of 3 pages (not including title, introduction & reference pages?

 You should already have the research needed based on the last 3 assignments. (Attached documents)  As always, you need to cite your sources using APA format.   All the topics previously discussed should be addressed in this presentation as well as a solid introduction and conclusion.
