Choose a theory from the course (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is my contemporary management issue topic). Use the theory to address a contemporary business issue; analyze it using the lens of social responsibility from the perspective of an organization. Synthesize suggestions found in the theory into a single set of best practices. Apply this set of best practices to at least three issues faced currently by your organization or by another commercial entity. Discuss how the application of such best practices may lead to a more positive outlook for the organization in terms of corporate citizenship. Use in text citations and a Reference list to cite your sources. Always cite the source of information not original to you. General guidelines for the Major Research Paper include:

• Title Page
• Abstract
• Opening, Body, Conclusion
• Headings (as necessary to further organize your paper)
• 10-15 pages, double-spaced (excluding title page and abstract)
• Minimum of 12 scholarly references (peer-reviewed journal articles, books, or business periodicals preferred) and 20 in-text citations (note these come from your work in modules 2, 4, and 6)
• Use in text citations and a Reference list to cite your sources. Always cite the source of information not original to you.
• Separate References section at end of paper
• Format paper, in-text citations, headers, and references using APA 7th Edition style.
