final paper

Each student will prepare a paper on a specific topic dealing with intergovernmental relations in lieu of a final exam. Students will select a topic for examination and submit a short concept paper proposal (approximately two paragraphs) describing the topic and its applicability to intergovernmental relations. The final paper should be a minimum of five pages, double-spaced, not including the title page and reference page, and be properly formatted for style and content. I will provide the prpoposal that was approved for the paper.
