Final Paper

 1) Identify a known public speaker of your choosing (president, actor, inspirational speaker, etc.).
2) Prepare a minimum one and a half paper - maximum three page paper identifying why you consider them an effective or ineffective public speaker based on you’re learning and understanding of the course text.
