Choose two to three leadership styles that we have studied throughout this course and respond to the following in your paper: 

(1) Describe the leadership style;

(2) Compare and contrast the strengths and weaknesses of the leadership styles you have chosen;

(3) Identify one leader for each leadership style and provide one to three examples of how this leader has successfully demonstrated the leadership style (describe the results obtained by the leader);

(4) Identify which leadership style you deem as most effective in today's society and why. 

Your final paper should be five to eight (5-8) pages in length and be typed, double-spaced using 12 point Times New Roman font. Be sure to cite any sources that you use in APA format, both throughout the body of your paper and using a 'References' page at the end of your paper.
