 3.  At the beginning of the 14th century, it was a sin to believe that witches could fly. By the end of the century, it was a sin to believe witches couldn’t fly. Little over a century ago, slavery was popular in the American South. A hundred years from now, how will people look back at 2020 with amazement that we were so backward in our thinking? Explain.

You will be assessed by how you’ve addressed the topic as it’s written and developed a logical thesis, giving it sufficient detail – in well-formed sentences and paragraphs. You will also be graded on how well you’ve adhered to conventions of grammar, punctuation, and mechanics.
