It should be 6 to 8 pages. Read the scenario and look for issues that are similar to cases and laws we have discussed in class. Then, go issue by issue and apply the cases and laws to the issues. For a given issue, 1- summarize the relevant facts. Then,2-  give the full citation for the first case that you want to discuss that relates to the issue. Next, 3- summarize the facts of the case, 4- the issue decided by the court, and its5-  holding and reasoning for the holding. 6- Finish by discussing why this is similar to the facts of the scenario and 7-how you believe a court would rule based on the case you used as precedent. Repeat this process for each issue you identify. I'm looking for cases from the book, you need to discuss both cases and unfair labor practices.That's the process.
