Provide an overview of the history and current trends of a human services or counseling agency/organization, examine an agency/organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and propose 3 to 5 improvements that will promote greater client success. The paper should include the following information:

1. Choose a human services agency/organization to study. Provide a description of the agency/organization, including its history, population served, and organizational design.
2. History and Trends: Based on the historical and current data, describe 3 major events that shaped the agency/organization and identify 3 three current trends that will impact the future. 
3. Identify 3 strengths and 3 institutional barriers of the agency/organization.
4. Propose 3 to 5 improvements that can be practically implemented to remove service barriers and help the organization and its clients to grow.
