Field Experience

Instructions: 

1. Visit a CAM practitioner as a patient.
2. Write a report on your experience.
3. Your report should be in APA format, 2 to 3 pages, and it should answer the following questions:
   1. Where did you go and why did your chose to go there?
   2. What was your initial impression?
   3. What ailments did you 'share' with the practitioner?
   4. What recommendations did the practitioner give you?
   5. Will your follow his or her recommendations?
   6. Did you experience any results?
4. Attached the paid receipt of service. Remove credit card or bank information when submitting the receipt.
5. Type your report/summary in a WORD Document, then upload your file by clicking "Upload File" .
