Nice start! The main point I'd like to clarify is the order of your data-checking steps. Before you run any normality tests on the pre–post difference scores, you must first examine the dataset for missing values and potential outliers, because both can distort the distribution and lead to inaccurate conclusions about whether normality is met. Even if you choose not to correct or remove outliers or missing data, you still need to identify and report them first; only after that step should you evaluate normality and decide whether the paired samples t-test or Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test is the more appropriate analysis for your evaluation question. Any questions, let me know!
