Mr. Jones:

I have noticed that social distancing protocols have not been employed. I ask that you please revisit the COVID-19 guidelines for public areas on campus. These guidelines may be found on the businesses website under the section: COVID-19 Guidelines. Please make sure that these guidelines and protocols are being followed perfectly to ensure that this business remains open and safe as possible. Social distancing helps minimize the risk of the spread of the coronavirus. I am well aware that masks are still being used even when social distancing was not in full practice. To keep everyone safe, social distancing as well as masks, or other face-coverings, should be in place. For any questions about COVID-19 or the guidelines for the business, please contact me through this email. I will answer any and all questions to the best of my ability.
