Feasibility Study

You will be required to work individually in identifying a business idea that will manifest itself into a Feasibility Study These topics are really the benchmark activities that the course focuses on.

A Feasibility Study is the initial checkpoint. The goal here is to simply discover if your idea has substantial potential as a business opportunity. In other words, does your business model make sense? Simply stated – can it make money and is it scalable?

When you finish your feasibility study, you should have an indication of: "Is it worth taking your idea into a full-blown business plan?"

For this feasibility study, you will be evaluated on your ability to research the customer, competition, industry, and margin.
