Feasibility of Alternative Strategic Approach.

 Write a short paper addressing the feasibility of your alternative strategic approach based on resources. 

Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed: 

 List available resources. This does not have to be a comprehensive list, but consider the resources that you might have at your disposal for this program. This will require a bit of creative thought, but consider what is reasonably, typically available. For example, resources include people, money, and time. Assume that you have a staff and all the resources that would have been needed to create the original program, and then go from there. 

1.Describe resources that are needed. 

2.Are they all included in the list of available resources, or are there gaps?  3.Explain potential challenges in obtaining the needed resources. 

4.If you have all your needed resources, are there any challenges in implementation?
