FASHION PLATE

This assignment requires the student to analyze the fashion (clothing, uniforms, accessories, equipment, etc.) of the fitness and sport industry in order draw a parallel to illustrate how the fashion of the fitness industry reflects underlying cultural morays in regards to gender, bodies, politics, or other appropriate fields. The student will then write a paper of 1500 words outlining their experience and how it supports or refutes residual, dominant, or emergent discourses related to their selected topic.
