Family Emergency plan

Develop a customized Emergency Care Plan for your family or yourself to care for potential emergencies. The plan should have specific implementation steps to handle medical, injury, environmental and any other emergencies you deem appropriate. This plan should provide enough detail for first level responders to effectively care for the patient in a timely fashion. The plan should include your decision-making rationale and all reference materials used cited. Incorporation of proactive as well as reactive strategies is highly recommended.
