1. Summarize the core constructs of human development and family sciences.

2. Describe why it is important to study individual development when considering how families work. Then, discuss why it is important to understand family dynamics in order to understand individual behavior.

3. Finally, reflect on your personal development and your family. Give an example of how your family dynamics have shaped your personal growth and development; Then describe how your individual development has affected how your family interacts.
