Miller Rehabilitation Center Grounds
Fall Fest, is a celebration for the residents at Miller Center, Assisted Living and Independent Living. It is put on by the staff for the residents, families and staff. At the fest you will assist older adults to get around to the activities as well as to sit and visit with the residents throughout the day. You may be asked to assist at a booth or you may be asked to walk/wheel residents. There is usually a lot of food, games and crafts as well as entertainment- All free!
Paper Assignment:
The paper should follow APA format. Use 1-2 references to support your experience. The length of paper should be 2 pages plus a reference page.
1. Discuss your observations as they related to intergenerational activities
2. Discuss benefits of the Fall Fest to all people that participated
3. Discuss the role of Fall Fest and how it promotes wellness
