Explaining Sudan's economic and political turmoil

profilemalta

Sudan, this is focused on the two decades post-independence, approximately from 1956-1980.

Can mention in the beginning of the paper that Sudan was one of the first African countries to gain independence.

Do not put too much focus on the effects of colonialism because I already wrote a paper on that, it is ok to mention how the quick and unorganized manner in which the British left Sudan without aiding in ensuring they were politically stable resulted in their struggle to maintain  a democratic government, but this can not focus on the effects on colonialism.

include:

- Sudan's first civil war

       - Sudan's economic and political turmoil is tied to the division between the north and south

-the political causes for their instability

      - discuss military coups

-the economic causes for their instability

      - discuss policies

      -discuss imports and exports
