Based on past class discussions and readings about explainers you will submit a 350- 500 word piece of explanatory repor�ng on the best way ci�zens can comment on UDOT's Environmental Impact Statement for the I-15 expansion. The video talks about EIS process in general but you should connect it to the west-side expansion project to make it more meaningful and provide more details.
