EXPERIENCE PAPER

 Students will write a paper discussing a previous experience with a training and development session or program they completed. If student does not have prior experience, please write about a training program you would like to participate in and relate it to the textbook subject matter from Chapters 4 & 5 regarding course design and training sites. Be sure to include your name, double space, provide page numbers, and use a 12-inch font and proper APA formatting. The paper should include an introduction/summary of the article, correlation to subject matter in the chapter for that week, your thoughts, and a conclusion. Be sure to include references.
