1.1 List major processes in your organization (see Fig. 1.6). Identify suppliers and input for each process. Identify outcomes and customers for each process. List key stages in each process. What are the quality characteristics for selected inputs and outcomes of each process? What are some important process measures? How is customer feedback obtained?
1.2 Why is it important to state predictions about a change prior to running a test? Can you think of examples of testing where you would have no basis on which to make a prediction?
