excel spread sheet

i have problem and its solution i need its solution in excel spread sheet. you can find the problem and its solution in the attachment. Problem number 2 from the long problems.
- must be easily modified to replace member dimensions, reference design values, adjustment factors, loading,  etc.

-  must have annotations/formulas for selecting adjustment factors and cite NDS manual chapters.

The score will be based on: organization, quality of annotations, and accuracy.
