excel inventory work with formula

Hi.

I have a project that I think you can complete using excel

There are four products we use. Three items for the card printers and one for the card-printer cleaning.

1.  Overlaminate, Item # 082601    48 pieces

2.  HDP colored print ribbon, Item # 084052   34 pieces

3.  HDP retransfer film, Item # 084053   pieces

4.  HDP printer cleaning kit, Item # 089090?   10 pieces

create an inventory in excel for this items and secondly create a formula in excel for calcualaation for which for every 6 pieces of 082601 we need 3 piece of 084052 and 1 piece of 084053
