excel capacity planner/resource plan

I have a very busy schedule and need help from someone with vast skills in excel to help me create a spreadsheet to track employees hours on a daily basis.

i have different projects on going so my main aim is to see which of my employees are working on different project to avoid being over allocated.

if possible i can call to explain and i need this done in 15hours its very important to me please serious inquiries only .

so basically i just want the platform that would include the projects,employee name,dates running from begining of the year to to 2021 on a daily basis because i need to assign 8 hours to each employee a day.
