   • Examine manager's roles in Strategic and Operational Planning and determine if organizations can benefit from involving employees in management planning.
   • Analyze the different strategies within strategic and operational planning.
   • Explain how managers can use strategic and operational planning to influence culture, ethics and social responsibility for operational gains.
   • Provide an example for each.
   • Cite a minimum of two peer-reviewed references in your paper.
