Evaluating public policy discussion

The Pinellas County Commissioners are considering several approaches for dealing with the homeless population. Their goal for 2019-2020 is to reduce the homeless population by at least 20%. For this discussion answer the following questions:

• *Describe an appropriate research question.
• *What type of design (cross-sectional, time-series, longitudinal, case study, focus group) would you use to collect information to explore this research question? Explain your answer.
• *Describe a setting or situation in which the research question can be investigated. Think about this target population; what is the most appropriate setting or situation to conduct your study design?
