Ethics paper

Ten (10) pages double space of content or longer-term paper with proper accreditation addressing:
The Ethics of Bid Shopping in the Public and Private Sector in Light of Public Bidding Statutes and Contractual Obligations and Limitations Imposed on the Parties; including efforts to minimize same and consideration of economic realities.

This assignment shall be worth ten (10%) of the total course grade and shall be due no later than Friday, November 13, 2020. No excuses are acceptable given students have several months to complete this assignment. A letter grade will be deducted for every day the ethics paper is late.
