Ethics of Implementing Evidence-Based Practice

In your course text, Goldenberg et al. cite the importance of clinicians staying current on evidence-based practices. Yet Frantz et al. (2015) discussed the challenges of implementing evidence-based programs in real-world settings. How can clinicians effectively use evidence-based techniques if those techniques have not been developed with the populations they are serving?
