Ethics case study

As part of your analysis, apply the ethical frameworks from the last module and what you have been taught in this class about racism, sexism, economic inequality, and other power differentials--as well as cultural pathology and cultural racism--to evaluate the ethical dilemmas presented in the decisions made by Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas before he became the nominee; then chairman Joseph Biden and the Judiciary Committee at the hearings; the statements made by Clarence Thomas and Anita Hill during the confirmation hearings; and the committee and public’s reactions to the statements. Then, clearly lay out/discuss your own ethical framework(s) and how they may differ from those you laid out for Clarence Thomas, Anita Hill, the committee chaired by Joseph Biden, and the public.
