What workforce trends do you see around you that may be or have affected you or a family member?  Do you see these trends as good or not so good?  Why or why not?

On another note, do you believe it is ethical for companies to be able to research your information through social media to help them determine if you would be a good candidate for a position?  Why or why not?  What about privacy issues?
