 With the cost of keeping career criminals behind bars growing each year it is no wonder that more community courts are finding other ways to help “rehabilitate”  with an alternative form of prison programs for criminals vice sending them off on an extended vacation to one of the many overcrowded jail houses around the country. One of these alternative prison programs is the work release and weekend jail programs. The work release program is normally for those who have a steady job or who found a job while in jail, they are then released to their job sites and much return upon the completion of said work whereas the weekend jail program is suited for those who have more responsibilities such as childcare and can only complete their jail time on the weekends (Friday-Sunday).  respond to this discussion question 150 words
