ESSAY RESEARCH

You are to write an essay paper analyzing a contemporary management challenge - diversity, globalism, ethics & social responsibility, sustainability, technology, or change management.  Then, identify a company or organization that you believe has been impacted by this challenge.

Include a minimum of five outside sources, three of which should be scholarly journals (NOT Wikipedia or a generic Web site) but actual articles from journals like Journal of Business Ethics, Harvard Business Review, Academy of Management, etc. Articles should demonstrate scholarly business critical analysis.  

Content of this paper should be 5 pages long (1000 words) minimum.  Select your own company.

Title and Bibliography pages are separate and not part of content. Outline guidelines:

1. Title Page
2. Introduction - Company background, explain contemporary management challenges and thesis
3. Content Paragraph(s) – Describe challenge faced by company / organization
4. Content Paragraph(s) – How management responded or is responding to challenge. Ensure you use textbook content.
5. Content Paragraph(s) – Critical analysis of managements response. Ensure you use textbook content.
6. Content Paragraph(s) – How would you have responded to challenge – compare and contrast – provide examples of other organizations if possible? Ensure you use textbook content.
7. Conclusion - Summarize and discuss
8. Bibliography

FORMAT:

This paper should be written in APA ( preferred) or MLA format and should be a minimum of four (4) pages in length, not including the cover page and works cited page.
