ESSAY PAPER

You may choose a topic between:  1)  Prison should be about Reform or Punishment, and why.  2)  Prostitution should be legal or remain illegal, and why.  This is not an OPINION paper.  Stay away form too many "I", like I think.....I believe...., use research to backup your opinion and statement.  You must use at least three (3) published sources, and properly cite ALL borrowed work.  The paper must be in APA  format, Needs to be between 1500 and 3500 words, NOT counting the Cover Page, Abstract Page and Reference Pages.
