Thesis:

Environmental, physical, socioeconomic, and cultural factors all impact the populations health status leading to inequality of healthcare.

Reasons:

1. People who are higher on the socioeconomic pyramid tends to have better health because of their access to basic needs, financial stability and social support.

2. lower educational attainment result in worse heath outcome.

3. Cultural prejudice and social stressors are influences of social stratification. Reason being if a person does not share the same background, language or practices they are treated differently than others.
